Eligibility Requirements:

To qualify for a full refund within the 30-day guarantee period, participants must demonstrate good-faith participation by completing all of the following:

1. Initial Access & Login Participants must log into the course platform within 7 days of purchase.

2. Completion of All Course Content Participants must complete 100% of the RPT Foundations Course educational content, including all modules, videos, and instructional materials.

3. Attendance at Weekly Group Coaching Calls Participants must attend a minimum of 3 out of 4 weekly Saturday group coaching and Q&A sessions during the 30-day period. If a session cannot be attended live, participants must notify support in advance and watch the recording within 48 hours to maintain eligibility.

4. Completion of the 1:1 Success Roadmap Session with Andrew Participants must schedule and complete their complimentary 60-minute 1:1 Success Roadmap Session with Andrew. This call is included with your enrollment and is specifically designed to build your personalized implementation plan — completing it is required before a refund request will be considered.

5. Direct Communication Regarding Challenges Prior to requesting a refund, participants must contact Andrew or customer support directly — via email or text — to discuss any challenges, questions, or implementation concerns. This gives us a reasonable opportunity to provide guidance before a refund is considered.

Refund Requests:

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Refunds will not be issued if any of the eligibility requirements above are incomplete.

Failure to log in, incomplete coursework, missed coaching calls beyond the allowed absence, or lack of communication automatically voids the guarantee.

If you complete the course, show up to the coaching calls, and reach out when you have questions, this system will work. The guarantee is for practitioners who do all of that and still don't see results — not for passive participation or partial completion.
